x: Have a name. Not like xxCutiexx. A name that someone might name their child.
x: Have a valid email address, so that I can contact you.
x: Live in a country on planet earth.
x: Have a website with a code on it. Or not have a website at all.
x: Not have a site with illegal material, pornography, etc. And if you do, don't expect it to be listed.
